Molo 64 is the boat charter run by Luca Sacchetti, based at the San Vincenzo Marina in the heart of the Etruscan Coast. We run daily catamaran and sailing tours to let you live the sea as it is: free, unpredictable, authentic.
Luca has sailed these waters all his life: he knows every cove between San Vincenzo and the Piombino headland, where the water is clearest depending on the wind, and when the light sets the coast on fire. No photocopy tours: a local skipper who answers his own phone and WhatsApp.

No two routes are the same: we leave Pier F1 and sail the Etruscan Coast until the skipper finds the right water. That is where the engine goes off, the anchor goes down and the best part of the day begins.
Anchor down, open sea all around and nobody for hundreds of metres: you dive from the platform and the nets of the catamaran into deep, clear water — the kind you never see from the beach. Prefer to stay on board? Nothing is compulsory.
Masks and snorkels are on board, life jackets too. Under the hull, posidonia meadows full of breams, damselfish and octopuses: the Mediterranean as it should be, one metre below the surface.
The stretch of Tuscany between San Vincenzo and the Piombino headland, seen from the right side: pine forests running down to the sea, cliffs and inlets you cannot reach by land. On the horizon, the island of Elba and, on clear days, Corsica.
Wind, swell and light change every day, and so does the stop. Luca has sailed these waters all his life: he knows where to find shelter when the mistral blows and where the water is clearest at any given hour. So we do not promise a destination: we promise the best sea of the day.

We leave from Pier F1 at the San Vincenzo Marina (Livorno, Tuscany), a 5-minute walk from the town centre and the San Vincenzo train station (Pisa–Rome line). By car: San Vincenzo Nord or Sud exit, parking at the marina.
The full day at sea (10:00–16:00) costs €80 per person, lunch on board included. The sunset aperitif (17:00–20:00), with a swim stop and a pasta dish on board, costs €40 per person. Yes, you swim: the sunset tour does not head far offshore. We sail only a short way and stop where the skipper finds the right conditions, at a spot where you can swim at your ease. Then we serve the aperitif with a pasta dish on board and wait for the sunset at anchor. If you prefer, you can stay on board and just watch: nothing is compulsory.
We sail along the Etruscan Coast and drop anchor offshore, wherever the skipper finds the clearest water. Underwater: posidonia meadows and reef fish; on the horizon Elba, Capraia and, on clear days, Corsica. Bottlenose dolphins are not a rare encounter.
Yes: the catamaran is stable and roomy, ideal for families. Life jackets in all sizes are on board and the skipper always picks the most sheltered routes. There are 18 seats on the full day and 24 on the sunset aperitif, so everyone has room.
Swimsuit, beach towel, hat and sunscreen (reef-safe if possible). Snorkelling masks and a cooler for drinks are on board. Soft-soled shoes or bare feet recommended.
No: you can enjoy the whole tour from the deck and the trampolines. Those who wish swim and snorkel in the clearest coves, always under the skipper's eye and with life jackets available.
