A typical day
- 10:00–16:00 — full day catamaran tour from San Vincenzo: sailing along the Etruscan Coast, dives offshore and snorkelling, light lunch on board (spaghetti party, prosecco and juices included)
- Afternoon — 15–20 minutes by car to your chosen spa, entry and relaxation until sunset

Tombolo Talasso Resort (Marina di Castagneto Carducci, 15 min from San Vincenzo): thalassotherapy in heated seawater pools inside evocative caves, steps from the beach. The most scenic choice.
La Cerreta hot springs (Sassetta, 20 min into the hills): open-air thermal pools in the woods, water flowing at 37°C and views over the Tuscan countryside. Intimate, natural, organic philosophy.
